What is your service fee structure?

We have a transparent 3-tier fee structure:
- Step 1 (Find Suppliers): 500 CNY per product category
- Step 2 (Factory Verification): 1000 CNY per factory
- Step 3 (Assist Purchase): 5% of order value (minimum 2000 CNY)
You can choose any combination of services based on your needs.
Do I need to visit China to use your services?

No! Our service is designed for fully online management. We handle everything remotely:
- Online communication via WhatsApp, email, or video call
- Digital reports with photos and videos
- Electronic contracts and invoices
- Direct shipping to your country
How long does the sourcing process take?

Timeline depends on the services you choose:
- Step 1 only: 3-5 working days
- Step 1 + Step 2: 8-12 working days
- Full process (all 3 steps): 2-8 weeks (depends on production time)
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:
- Bank transfer (T/T)
- PayPal
- Western Union
- Alipay / WeChat Pay (for Chinese buyers)
Service fees are paid upfront. Order payment goes directly to the supplier.
Can you help with small quantity orders?

Yes, we work with orders of all sizes. However, please note:
- Minimum service fee for Step 3 is 2000 CNY
- Some suppliers have minimum order quantities (MOQ)
- We can help consolidate orders from multiple suppliers
Do you provide quality inspection?

Yes! Quality inspection is included in Step 3 (Assist Purchase):
- Pre-production sample approval
- During production inspection (optional)
- Pre-shipment final inspection
- Inspection report with photos
